My mission with this blog is to help my readers lose weight. I’ve started by posting topics that commonly come up during my conversations with my patients but what I realize is that I am still guessing at what specific hurdles prevent people from losing weight.
So I am making this free offer. Send me a comment and I will do my best to outline a strategy to help you over come your hurdles in regards to helping you overcome this hurdle and begin losing weight.
I will give you the same degree of advice, printed material and encouragement that I give to any of my patients for free.
Try to be as specific as possible. In other words, don’t tell me I can’t quit eating carbohydrates. Tell when its the most troubling, what emotions do you feel, is it more in the morning or evening, do you feel better or worse before or after eating the carbohydrates? I need you to think about it a little.
The more information and detail you can provide me the better. I may need to e-mail you back a few clarifying questions but in the end I’m pretty sure I can give you a clear answer to your problem and get you on your way towards losing weight again.
Hello! my name is Joanne and I’m 36 years old. I weight 99KGs (down from 107). currently I’m in ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting for up to 22 hours daily. I’m a bit scared of not hitting my minimum calorie intake since I’m eating one meal a day while not calculating calories which may affect my health and muscles on the long term. I exercise 5 times a day for 30 – 45 minutes at the gym, doing a combination of cardio and weight lifting exercises.
