By request, this post contains a list of mixed drinks with the calorie and carbohydrate content. The most common alcohol and mix-ins are listed, and each specific drink needs to be totaled to the calorie content (i.e. gin and tonic is 187 calories total). All alcoholic drinks are listed per 1 fl. oz. Keep in mind, the higher the alcohol proof then the higher the calories. Alcohol has 7 calories per gram, so the more you pour, the higher the calorie content. Remember from earlier posts, because alcohol is a liquid, it is easy to lose track of the amount poured. Keeping track of how much you pour per glass is just as important as how many drinks you have for the night. Also, each mix-in is listed per 8 fl. oz and none are listed as sugar free items, which may reduce the calorie amount.
